If you’re looking to improve an existing service: I can analyse your current service delivery, gather user feedback, and identify areas for enhancement to make the service more efficient and user-friendly.

What you’ll get

Process

We’ll begin with a discovery phase to understand the existing service and identify the user journeys that need improvement. This involves mapping out the current service processes and user interactions. After collecting insights from users, I’ll analyse the data to highlight pain points and opportunities for enhancement.

Based on these findings, we’ll co-create solutions that address user needs while aligning with your business goals. The final output will include service blueprints, journey maps, and recommendations for implementation.

Compensation

I charge a day rate of £400 a day or £70 an hour.
