We’ll start by discussing your project goals and target audience to determine the best research methods to employ. Based on this, I’ll plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, or usability tests to gather relevant data. After completing the research, I’ll analyse the results to identify key insights and patterns.
You’ll receive a comprehensive report detailing the findings, along with actionable recommendations for improving the user experience. We’ll have an opportunity to review the report together, and I’ll be available to guide you through implementing any changes.
Research starts at £400 a day for team projects or at a fixed rate for smaller projects. I am available at £50 an hour for consultation calls.
